Allergens & Ingredients

Our dishes are all cooked in one kitchen using a single set of equipment and utensils, and while we always endeavour to keep the 14 designated allergens separate from other ingredients, we cannot completely rule out the possibility of occasional cross-contamination. 

The same also applies to dishes labelled vegetarian and vegan. Although we use separate, colour-coded equipment and utensils for preparation and cooking of vegetarian and vegan dishes, we cannot guarantee zero occasional and superficial cross-contamination with meat and seafood products. 

We can provide a full list of ingredients for every dish we serve in the restaurant and to take away — please ask one of the Horeb serving team for details and please discuss with them any concerns you may have.
